My name is Sandy Wilson and I am the Owner of Custom Training RVA  –  “CTRVA”.  Custom Training RVA (CTRVA) is Certified as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and it is also an Economically-Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB).  In addition, CTRVA is (SWaM) certified in the state of Virginia as  a Small, Woman Owned Business.

Through the years, I’ve worked with both large and small organizations to develop training and development programs that accelerate performance with continuing measurable results in the workplace. Organizations for which I’ve developed and delivered custom training programs include Johns Hopkins University, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Dominion Virginia Power, U.S. Army Training Support Center (ATSC), Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT),  U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), U.S. Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) School, Well Point/Anthem Healthcare, U.S. Navy, and General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT).

I love accelerating the performance of employees and creating solutions that bring dynamic success to organizations. My experience has taught me that each individual, every team and every organization comes to the learning process with differing experiences, cultures and outlooks on the world – these differences require creative attention to develop that unique blend of learning tools and techniques that will excite and engage employees as students. Only by creating that sense of excitement and engagement does the training “stick” in a way that carries forward with measurable improvements in performance and with results that carry forward into the workplace.
